Alignment means we have achieved clarity on where we are now, where we are headed and how we are going to get there. Here we are conducting workshops and having conversations that provide the following target outcomes:
- There is a shared understanding and agreement on the specific objectives, potential impacts and risks and most importantly - what we will not do or give up in order to make the vision a reality
- There is a commitment on the part of leadership to be active, engaged and to model the desired mindset and behaviors of the new model
- There is a set of communication principles that will be used to ensure buy-in and minimize or reduce resistance to the initiative
- The change strategy exists and each member of the executive team has taken the initial steps to execute on that strategy
- The measures of success and the measurement approach exist and have been incorporated into the change strategy and approach
- Executive and senior leader is aware and committed to create the space necessary across the organization to empower change
