The ACA Model is the core of my change and transformation approach. The model is designed to be run continuously at all levels, providing a proactive capability to sense, respond, adapt and adjust (SRAA). ACA is fast, lightweight and effective-producing optimum levels of understanding, collaboration and teamwork.
Transformation is a change to the system itself, not just the internal components of the system. Thus, the impacts and risks can be extraordinarily high, and it is essential to apply sound organizational systems engineering principles and practices along with action research to enable participative design, engagement a
Awareness of the current state - vision of the future. Clarity on the appetite for change.
Coherence system design that is desirable, feasible and viable.
Alignment vertically and horizontally on expected benefits, costs, impacts and timing.
My experience in organizational change and coaching has taught me that people want to be a part of something bigger than themselves. People also are willing and able to solve problems and learn new things, given the right environment, a clear path forward and achievable goals. I possess knowledge of the tools, practices and techniques and the skills to drive positive interactions and generate top-down and bottom-up momentum for any type of enterprise organization change - from large-scale transformation to mergers & acquisitions; from cloud strategy and migration to AI.
I solve business problems. Whatever is top-of-mind for you - I can dig in and figure it out. I will get the data, assess the system and market environment, people, processes and technology. I will present you with a comprehensive view of your organization and show you where to adjust your strategy, systems, and decision making to maximize value realization, minimize risk and achieve your target objectives. Then we make it happen!
The PMO of the future connects your strategic objectives to the work that is being done.
